So I finally wasn't lazy (Heheh, imagine that!) and I drew up my character in Illustrator. It was a lot of fun to do, might do more CoH related stuff later on. Once again, the bigger picture can be seen here. Also, I submitted this to the City of Heros website and it was put on the Fanart section! Woot!
